I/We certify that to the best of my/our knowledge, the above Pet has not bitten any human or animal and there are no claims as such from any incident. I/We agree to hold Cowra Pet Rescue and Rehoming, and any and all persons directly or indirectly involved with the Rehoming Assistance and future adoption of this Pet, harmless and indemnify the preceding against any and all claims, actions, demands or liabilty of any kind whatsoever arising as as result or in connection with the above described Pet.
